Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to report any issues or request a return authorization.
- 2.Inspection and Documentation
Provide detailed photos of the items in their original condition and packaging to verify eligibility for a return or exchange.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Once approved, coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a professional furniture pickup or return the items to your nearest Canales Furniture showroom.
- 4.Refund Processing
After our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking or delivery fees.
